Mindfulness activities can be engaging, helpful, and simple to use. Mindfulness related activities are shown to improve performance, increase attention, and improve emotional regulation.
I have been using mindfulness practices myself and in my private practice for years. Allow me to help you design a mindfulness program in your school to help the community you serve. I provide training for teachers to help them identify stressed kids or kids at risk for anxiety and trauma, and offer mindful meditations, activities, and movements that kids love.

Mindful Benefits Newsletter: This monthly article is for the school community and includes research and information on mindful practices, as well as, mindful exercises or an activity for the month.
