Pre-Teen & Teen Yoga

Join Jess Gruber for an invigorating and inspiring class designed specifically for teens and pre-teens. Yoga has a multitude of proven benefits for young people, creating a stronger, more flexible body while developing a wealth of self-love and empowerment. Each class focuses on developing strength, increasing flexibility, and finding relaxation in meditation.


Monday Morning Meditation

Vivian Morgan will lead this Mindfulness Meditation practice in our Wellness Space. The session will last 40 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing. No experience in meditating is necessary. This is a good class for those beginning a meditation practice or interested in learning more about meditation.
