I work in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative in Towson, MD. I offer teletherapy services with True Balance Counseling on Monday and Wednesdays. I accept BCBS and Hopkins EHP at Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative. True Balance is a fee for service practice.
